I have one double room now available due to the current occupier vacating the room due to a change of job.
The house is quiet and peaceful with easy access to the A1/A47 and about a ten minute walk to the serpetine shopping centre.
The house is also next to major bus routes into the city and about a 5 minute walk to a few good restuarants/takeaways in case after a hard day's work you don't want to cook.
A cleaner is provided but we also ask people to clean up after themselves and broadband is due to be installed once we get additional bandwith in the area (we have internet access but not full broadband yet).
The idea tenant will need to be employed, an easy going person and a generally respectful person however like the rest of us, liking your own peace is also good.
